Can't say enough about the professionalism at Nova Fireplace and Stove. Stewart met us in the showroom listened to our requirements to convert a 30-year old fireplace from wood to gas, educated us on all types of fireplaces, answered our many questions about the conversion and installation process, and got us setup for an onsite estimate. We felt great in the direction we were going. Dan then came to our home and helped us understand what would need to happen and finalized the fireplace selection. He also gave us great advice when it came to choosing back plates and logs. The installation was excellent and fireplace looks amazing. Where other companies we talked to had told us we would have to get our own contractors for electrical and gas, Nova was a one-stop shop. This was great for us as we didn't want to have to project manage anything related to the job or inspections. Would definitely recommend Nova Fireplace and Stove to anyone looking to get one installed.

We would add more stars if we could! Nova Fireplace and Stone exceeded our expectations! Two weeks before the original schedule, we discovered major structural and safety issues with the existing structure, and they somehow made room in their schedule to address them and still finish as promised. Dan was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout every part of the project. The installers arrived exactly on time, worked cleanly, and paid close attention to detail. The finished stonework and fireplace is absolutely stunning, and we’re thrilled with the result!!! The work was so stellar that we wished they could have handled the rest of the house too!

Hire Nova Fireplace and Stove (F&S) immediately if you’re looking for professionalism, expertise, and honest service! We made inquiries with the other, “well-known” fireplace experts and Nova F&S was the only one that could outline the whole process from start to finish, didn’t push upselling, and could answer our questions about permit and gas quantity questions. They helped us navigate multiple processes with our general contractor, county inspectors, and ultimately installed four beautiful fireplaces in our home. Five-star service!

I am very happy and satisfied with this company and the tech that came to my house today. Adrian and his assistant was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and clean. I will recommend this company to all my friends when needed. The pricing was right on and I ended up buying a new fireplace insert, because the old one( only 3 years old) had 3 gas leaks and was dangerous. Thanks to Adrian, for knowing this and showing me the leaks! It was a 5 star experience!

Dan and the team at NOVA Fireplace and Stove are the consummate professionals. Originally we asked the team to spec out a wood burning fireplace for our outside covered deck. Dan advised us that we would not be able to do that due to code restrictions but he made multiple alternative recommendations which met our intent with a gas unit that is fabulous. He and his team installed it in quick order and spent time showing us how to operate it. He is highly responsive to inquiries and is on site within 2 days if the problem can’t be fixed over the phone. I can’t recommend these guys enough.

We are extremely pleased with our newly renovated fireplace that NOVA Fireplace and Stove installed in our home. Stewart was very attentive and listened to what we were looking for when we visited the showroom. The owner, Dan, and his crew were so professional, courteous and detail-oriented and maintained cleanliness at our home at all times. We couldn't be more pleased with their work and highly recommend NOVA Fireplace and Stove!

I had issues with my fireplace and a nice gentleman in the office took about 20 minutes of his time to walk me through my options. He was patient, kind and thourough in explaining everything. Highly recommend
