We are extremely pleased with our newly renovated fireplace that NOVA Fireplace and Stove installed in our home.  Stewart was very attentive and listened to what we were looking for when we visited the showroom.  The owner, Dan, and his crew were so professional, courteous and detail-oriented and maintained cleanliness at our home at all times. We highly recommend NOVA Fireplace and Stove. Dan, the owner, is the man! He is a MASTER builder. He can do anything you need. Dan initially met with us to discuss installing a fireplace, but by the end of the consultation, our focus had shifted to upgrading our lighting and electrical features - including recessed lights, new switches, outlets, and covers - throughout the living and dining rooms, kitchen, and staircase hallway. His team (Byron, Mario, and Jaime) did an exceptional job with the installations! They were very professional, communicated, provided quality products, precise, knowledgeable, arrived on time, and ensured each area was completed in an organized manner and cleaned (wiped down and vacuumed). We are very meticulous and were concerned about our new carpet being damaged, but the team ensured us that floor covers were being used during the entire project. I recently called about getting my gas fireplace fixed and had quite a few questions about the issue and the repair process. I  spoke to Stewart for a while, and I really appreciated how patient and professional they were throughout the entire conversation. Every question I had was answered clearly and thoroughly, and I never felt rushed. It’s not always easy finding someone who takes the time to explain things, but they truly did. Our family recently had a great experience, stopping by the showroom to learn more about model, we were told incorrectly years ago that our fireplace was end of life. Stewart asked us if they could come by and analyze the fireplace, they came quickly and got it working after one visit! We are going ahead with a part replacement to extend the life and safety of our fireplace.
